The European standards for respirators are divided into three levels: FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3.

The filter capacity of FFP1 is 80%;
The filter capacity of FFP2 is 94%;
The filter capacity of FFP3 is 99%.

Filtration rate% BFE bacterial filtration rate ＞ 99PFE saline particulate filtration rate ＞ 99PFE oily particulate filtration rate ＞ 94g weight can be 25g double layer, 30g double layer, 40g single layer. Width 175-260mm. Resistance 120-170Pa.

FFP3[2]
Filtration rate% BFE bacterial filtration rate ＞ 99PFE saline particulate filtration rate ＞ 99PFE oily particulate filtration rate ＞ 94g can be used for 40g double layer or 60g single layer. Width 175-260mm. Resistance 130-190Pa.

FFP2/FFP3 masks also have high technical requirements for the meltblown fabric during testing. In particular, the meltblown fabric needs to be pretreated. After the loading test, check whether the value of the meltblown fabric reaches the standard.
