Non woven is excellent packaging and wrapping material. Compared with paper, it’s more flexible, not easy to break, water-proof, air permeable, chemical resistant, higher grade, lower costs; compared with woven fabric, it’s more plastic, stiffer, less production MOQ, more artistic, lower costs. With its good looking and excellent display effect, non woven as eco-friendly material, is widely used for flower wrapping.

Usually we have the following three types of non woven fabric that used on wrapping flowers.Let me introduce to you one by one.

1.PP spunbond non woven fabric for wrapping flower
There are more than 30 different colors and 15 kinds patterns for it.
MOQ is 1000 kg for per color for one kind pattern.
Advantage: waterproof, eco-friendly, good tensile strength, etc.

2.Chemical bond non woven fabric for wrapping flower
MOQ is 200 kg for each color, so it is easy to order more colors.
Advantage:hydrophilic,eco-friendly, etc

3.PET spunbond non woven fabric for wrapping flower
For white color, MOQ is 500 kg
If you want to order other color, but the MOQ is 5000 kg per color.It may be a little more for some clients.
Advantage:waterproof, eco-friendly , good tensile strength, etc.

If you want to purchase small quantity non woven fabric, chemical bond fabric is a good choice to you.But the tensile strength is not so good as the pp or pet spunbond fabric.

If you want to get better shape and higher grade flower packing material, PP or PET spunbond fabric is better than chemical bond fabric.

The regular size for the flower packing material is 50*70 cm sheets or 50 cm or 70 cm width, 10 m / 30 m small rolls.And we have more than 30 kinds color for you to choose, if you have your own color code, you can tell us the Pantone color code, we can make the same color for you.
