1.Water repellent. Polyester (PET) spunbond non-woven fabric is a water-repellent non-woven fabric, and the water-repellent performance of non-woven fabrics are different according to the fabric gsm. The thicker fabric with higher gsm weight, it will have better water repellent. If there are water droplets on the surface of the non-woven fabric, the water droplets will slide directly from the surface.
2.High temperature resistance. Because the melting point of polyester is around 260°C, it can maintain the stability of the non-woven fabric in the environment when temperature resistance is required. It has been widely used in heat transfer printing, transmission oil filtration, and some composite materials that require high temperature resistance.
3.High strength. Polyester (PET) spunbond non-woven fabric is a filament non-woven fabric next to nylon spunbond non-woven fabric. Its excellent strength, good air permeability, tensile and tear resistance and anti-aging properties have been used by more and more people in various fields.
4.Anti-gamma rays. Polyester (PET) spunbond non-woven also have a very special physical property: resistance to gamma rays. That is to say, if it is applied to medical products, it can be directly sterilized with gamma rays without destroying its physical properties and dimensional stability, which is a physical property that polypropylene (PP) spunbond non-woven fabrics do not have.
