One way is to add black masterbatch, which is achieved by adding carbon black. If it is used on the face mask, then need to add the environmental protection carbon black, and the dosage is 1-2% according to different blackness requirements.
Another way is directly made by black into the electret masterbatch, which is called black electret masterbatch. The combination of electret and blackening functions is more simple and convenient, and the addition amount only needs 1-2%.
Masterbatch is further divided into tourmaline electret masterbatch, graphene electret masterbatch and activated carbon electret masterbatch.
And now black meltblown non woven fabric can be reach BFE 99% and PFE 95% filter efficiency, based on the 32 L/min air flow situation.
