2. Production process

The size of the extruder equipment affects the width and efficiency of the production of melt blown cloth; the quality of the die head determines whether the cloth can be sprayed, and the drum and transformer should be selected. 3. Electrostatic electret
The filtration level of melt blown cloth is always not up to the standard. Usually, there is a problem with the electrostatic electret process in the production of melt blown cloth, which causes the electrostatic adsorption of melt blown cloth to fail to meet the standard. The structure of melt-blown non woven fabric is very simple, it is the function of a sieve like a fishing net. A sieve alone cannot be sieved.

The filtering function of melt blown cloth is realized through the following functions:
(1) Inertial collision: Large particles directly hit the fiber.
(2) Intercepting effect: the medium particles are stuck by the fibers, and the geese are plucked.
(3) Brownian motion: small particles are messed up by the suppressed space, and accidentally caught by fibers.
(4) Then there is electrostatic adsorption.
